(Completion of the Gift Aid section on the sponsorship forms  requires only the house number or name and post code. We do not need the full address.

 

The following letter will be handed to the Team Captain on completion of each team's swim, by our Office. It details the various methods of paying sponsorship monies raised and can be downloaded beforehand if preferred.
